Center for Cell Circuits Computational Genomics Workshop, July 29 & 30, 2013 at the Broad Institute
The Computational Genomics Workshop organized by the Center for Cell Circuits will bring together researchers from outside of the Center to learn the computational tools developed for the analysis of genome-scale data at multiple levels (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and proteomics) and to reconstruct cell circuit models from these large scale data sets.
