Please install the following two R packages:

DRANOVA_1.0.tar.gz
CCLE.GDSC.compare_1.0.4.tar.gz

Then follow the steps in example.R to replicate the analysis for each figure. For details of the analyses please refer to the source code for each R function and the Methods section in the manuscript.
