This directory contains sgRNA guide sequences designed for use as
negative controls. File names are as follows:

sgrna-negcontrols-<nosite|onesite>-<taxon>-<assembly>-<enzyme>-<num>.txt

The files labeled "nosite" contain sgRNA target sequences that have no
matching context sequences in the given primary assembly for the given
enzyme. Files labeled "onesite" contain sgRNA target sequences that
match precisely one context sequence in the given primary assembly,
which lies in an integenic region of the genome.

For both file types, the number of available negative control
sequences may vary by assembly and enzyme. The number of sequences
contained in each file is noted in the last segment of the file name
("<num>").
