You can explore genome-wide GISTIC analysis results by cancer type. When more than one version of gistic result data has been loaded in the portal you will need to specify the version you want to search against.
For some cancer types there can be many peaks of data to report. You can click on the numbered page boxes at the top of the amplifications or deletions tables to see other rows of data.
