pLX_317 is not available for distribution as a Gateway Destination vector,
and users should request pLX_307 instead. This is because pLX_317, by definition, is pLX_307 plus a
barcode sequence, but this barcode is added in the same workflow as the ORF
insert. Thus, we only have individual clones of pLX_317 with both a
barcode and an ORF insert.
